Christine Ellis: LesK: “The product is expensive as-is but with events like this then it is great value – thanks…”
Thank you for attending. We´re glad to hear you found great value in your CodeRage experience.
John Kaster:
Absa: “I would like to know how Delphi is correctly enunciated. There has been a lot of debate on it during CodeRage and I want to know I am saying it correctly (Delf eye? Delfee?)”
we use both ways, depending on where we are in the world. We used it both ways throughout CodeRage, too!

John Kaster: Michael´s explanation of our new buy and download option for Delphi 2007
Anders Ohlsson:
Andreas Orth: “hello to all, is there a coupon code for Castalia 5 i want to order it”
You should ask TwoDesk – http://www.twodesk.com/coderage.html
Christine Ellis:
LesK: “PS – please leave the 25% offer open a while – I haven´t yet replayed the day1 new things in D2007 stuff.”
We´re sorry, but the discount cannot be extended past 11:59pm PDT on March 16, 2007.
Christine Ellis:
jdhunter: “For Christine: I am still looking for a way to cancel my order from the 2nd so that I can order with my discount. I have emailed everyone and am getting nowhere. Please help!”
If you sent me email about an ordering issue, please be sure we are working on it. Thank you for your patience. For this issue in particular (if you´re in the US), you could always call Customer Service at 877-268-6633 to work through the issue.
Christine Ellis:
StephenKuo: “Reseller in Taiwan said they ask Singapore and no one knows there is 25% Product Discount”
Please send me private email and I will forward to right people to resolve your issue.
John Kaster: @TObject: Delphi for PHP has VCL for PHP
Christine Ellis:
KeithMylon: “Someone during the week gave me the impression that you won´t sell SA subsequently to the original purchase. Is this right? Don´t you want to get people onto the SA ladder?”
Software Assurance is only available for purchase when you make a new product or upgrade product purchase.
Anders Ohlsson: @Madruga – nothing wrong with the sound
Christine Ellis:
Greeny: “is there someone in uk, sorting the download out? The suspense is killing me :-)”
Sorting the download out? Not sure what you mean.
Christine Ellis:
KeithMylon: “Perhaps you could connect SA to an upgrade as a bundle??”
That is what we do. You can order SA if you upgrade a product.
Anders Ohlsson:
KeithMylon: “Christine: That only answers the first sentence. You are tempting customers to stick where they are for several years at a time.”
You can add SA with an upgrade. That you can´t add SA *after* you bought something is pretty normal. If you bought very recently I would contact whoever you bought from and talk to them (partner/reseller/or us).
Anders Ohlsson:
Greeny: “Sorry, i mean i´ve already ordered & paid for D2007 ESD, but can´t download it yet. Is someone putting up the download links for the uk shop?”
As soon as possible, I´m sure.
John Kaster: Slide should say “Massively Decrease Build Times” of course. 4 am slides …
Anders Ohlsson:
Michael U.: “How can I get SA for my product in (for example) Germany. They don´t offer that option here…”
Please contact the resellers we have in Germany – they will know – www.codegear.com – click on how to buy worldwide and find Germany
Anders Ohlsson:
JohnHoward: “So, if I buy the upgrade with SA and keep the SA current every year, I will never have to buy another upgrade? I will get all new releases year after year?”
Exactly! For the product line that the SA covers of course.
John Kaster:
Jeff Hamblin: “”Massively increased build times” ???!”
Obviously, the 4am slide meant “massively reduced build times” 😉
Anders Ohlsson:
Absa: “I have BDS 2006 with SA (for azbout 6 months now) will I be able to download the delphi 2007 for win32 tonight? How would I go about it?”
I would refer you to your SA contract, and follow the instructions on it. I apologize for not having seen one, but I´m sure there´s contact info. Call the reseller you bought it from.
Anders Ohlsson:
Michael U.: “Anders, thanks. But I´ve already pre-ordered Delphi4PHP, so no way to get SA until I buy the next upgrade if I understand correctly…”
Call whoever you bought from and ask them to add SA. I´m sure that would work, since you haven´t gotten anything yet.
Christine Ellis:
Terry Kellum: “I´m wanting to buy. Waiting on my reseller to get back with the buyer…. Please make sure you are pushing info to PC Connections, CDW, etc. In the corp world, I need to PO with somebody that trusts me ;-)”
I´m not in the sales department, but I´m doing everything in my power to inform them of the issues people are experiencing. We´re trying to respond to everyone and resolve every issue. Regional sales managers are being informed and sales people are replying to messages or calling people directly.
John Kaster:
jdhunter: “As a Delphi UG webmaster, do I have the permission of CodeGear to post links to the archived sessions? Or better yet, make local copies of them available from my server?”
It might be better to wait until we have the replay articles available. We want to provide additional information for context on the downloads.
Anders Ohlsson:
JohnHoward: “If I am buying Delphi 2007 Ent upgrade and Delphi for PHP (which I guess are not ready for download yet?) will my credit card get charged now or when the product downloads are available?”
You´d really have to call and ask. I don´t believe credit cards get charged until goods actually ship from the warehouse. But call if you´re worried about it.
John Kaster:
decoder: “is there an evaluation version of Delphi for Win32 available?”
Not yet
Anders Ohlsson:
kurtbilde: “2 questions: Us with SA any chance of Digitag Download? Why isn´t D4PHP part of the Architect package?”
Delphi for PHP is a different product line.
John Kaster:
Uwe Raabe: “What about an Architect edition?”
Delphi 2007 will not have an Architect edition at this time. Delphi 2007 Enterprise is our top SKU currently available.
Anders Ohlsson:
Terry Kellum: “Thanks!”
Thank you!
John Kaster:
Liz: “I hope you all have a great party for all of this at the end, and then go home and sleep for the weekend. You guys have done a cracking job, and its been great”
I think we´ll sleep, then party! With the Delphi team. 🙂
Anders Ohlsson:
DavidFarrellGarcia: “I just went to CodeGear online store. It now shows D2007 Upgrade as $299 Special Price with no coupon. Then when I enter the CodeRage coupon it stays the same at $299 instead of a discount. So is the CodeRage coupon no longer necessary?”
Someone just said that it works now.
Anders Ohlsson:
Andy Grilk: “Yesterday the 25% applied to the maintenance as well…today it is not applying….why?”
Bug. SA is not discounted.
Anders Ohlsson:
kurtbilde: “Anders Q1 was Us with SA any chance of digital download (of Delphi 2007)?”
Call and ask whoever you bought SA from
Anders Ohlsson:
Madruga: “ESD is not available in every country… :(“
Sometimes it is a local issue unfortunately.
Anders Ohlsson:
Andy Grilk: “So I should have ordered yesterday is what your saying. <grin>”
LOL!
Anders Ohlsson:
gramie: “Please tell people that if they want to re-order their Delphi for PHP (if it was bought through the Borland store), they can call the customer support phone number and easily do it then (there seems to be no way to cancel an order on the website).”
I would always call customer service and ask. Much faster.
Anders Ohlsson:
DavidFarrellGarcia: “Anders: I think you misunderstood me. The CodeGear Shop site now shows the upgrade price as $299 with no coupon. Yesterday that was shown as $399 then it went down to $299 when you used the coupon. Today it starts at $299 but entering the coupon code does not change the price. Also the end result with SA is now about $80 more then it was yesterday. This is pretty confusing.”
OK. I don´t know the answer. Sorry. Call customer service if you´re worried about it.
John Kaster:
futpris: “Bingo about what is now said about improving data accessibility in Delphi help system (always wondered what happened to the help system in Delphi 2006)”
Delphi 2007 has much improved help. Watch the Delphi 2007 Help replay for more information.
Christine Ellis:
DavidFarrellGarcia: “Anders: I think you misunderstood me. The CodeGear Shop site now shows the upgrade price as $299 with no coupon. Yesterday that was shown as $399 then it went down to $299 when you used the coupon. Today it starts at $299 but entering the coupon code does not change the price. Also the end result with SA is now about $80 more then it was yesterday. This is pretty confusing.”
I can answer this one:
Once your cookie is set on the shop site. All of the prices will display at the discount price even on the product information pages. It just appears that you´re not getting a discount. If you want to see the list price for products, clear your cookies.
Anders Ohlsson:
Dan: “Sorry if you have already anwered this, I was late getting here. Do you have an estimated ship date for Delphi for PHP?”
Before the end of the month is what was said by management during the PHP sessions.
Anders Ohlsson:
Madruga: “How long will the Packaged versions take to get to the distributors?”
As fast as they can be packaged and FedEx´d. RSN.
Christine Ellis:
Erasmus: “I;, now a little concerned. Ordered BDS 2006 + SA this afternoon, was assured would include D2007 when released. Comments ?”
Don´t worry. If you bought BDS 2006 w/ Software Assurance, you will get Delphi 2007 for Win32 when it ships.
Anders Ohlsson:
futpris: “Is the Delphi For PHP on a Discount? (25%?) – meaning 25% OFF the already special price of $249?”
Yes,
Anders Ohlsson: UNTIL 11:59PM tonight. 11 hours left or so.
Anders Ohlsson: @Larry. If you´re worried about it – call, yes.
Anders Ohlsson: *glug* (on the wine)
Anders Ohlsson: SA is NOT discounted.
Anders Ohlsson:
Greeny: “CodeRage was really great. Thanks to all at codeGear. Cheers”
Thank YOU!
Anders Ohlsson:
CM: “Yes Ben, you ARE interesting…. keep blogging!!”
Ben isn´t planning on stopping his blogging… 🙂
Anders Ohlsson:
DavidFarrellGarcia: “CodeRage was wonderful. Thanks to all at CodeGear who helped with this event.”
Thank YOU!
Anders Ohlsson:
jwilfong: “Will those of us on SA get to download D2007 for Win32 or do we have to wait for the package.”
Depends how you ordered I think. Call and ask if you´re worried.
Anders Ohlsson:
LoriOlson: ” CodeRage was a great experience. Thanks Anders, Christine, John, DavidI, et al.”
*hugs*
John Kaster:
kurtbilde: “What about winner of prices?!?”
We will assign them soon and provide the URL for everyone to see who won.
Anders Ohlsson:
ralphmcgr: “Only one thing to say about this whole experience … YIPEEEE!!! (even Monday was good, even with the probs)”
Sweet!
John Kaster:
temp: “What about prizes?”
We´ll provide a URL to the list of prize winners after we´ve assigned them all
John Kaster:
aikimark: “chat room status?”
huh?
John Kaster:
RickG: “I have seen BDS2007 mentioned different time during CodeRage. Isn´t Delphi 2007 the next upgrade from BDS 2006? The term ´BDS´ goes away, correct?”
yes, the term BDS will go away. We´ll come out with a new RAD studio name for it.
davidi:
RickG: “I have seen BDS2007 mentioned different time during CodeRage. Isn´t Delphi 2007 the next upgrade from BDS 2006? The term ´BDS´ goes away, correct?”
We have not announced any future products. Delphi 2007 is not the next version of BDS 2006. Delphi 2007 is built on top of the v5.0 of the Galileo framework (BDS 2006 was built on top of the v4.0 framework).
John Kaster:
JSouth: “Do you expect that Delphi for PHP will eventually be integrated in the same IDE as the rest of the Delphi “family”?”
michael: we haven´t committed to that yet but we´re working on the technical plan for doing so.
Christine Ellis:
kurtbilde: “Nordic promo code doesn´t work!!”
We are aware of the Discount Code issues currently being experienced in the following countries: UK/Ireland, Nordic, France, Spain, Italy. You will receive an email within the next few hours with more information.
Anders Ohlsson:
Murilo C.M.F.: “Code Gear Team, Congratulations! Keep up the Good Work!!!!!”
Thanks!
John Kaster:
Lance Rasmussen: “I agree with Michael… I think D2007 will become my “favorite” Delphi release putting to bed D7 and BDS-2006.”
michael: (laughs) Let me know how you like it.
Anders Ohlsson:
Zugg: “Thanks CodeGear, this was great and well worth my time and money! Thanks for bringing excitement back to Delphi!!”
Thanks!
John Kaster:
Classroll: “Kylix and Delphi as a backend service to PHP would be very nice.”
michael: we´ve heard this a couple of times and Nick & team are looking into it.
davidi:
ajean: “Will there be a CodeRage 2008 ? :-)”
GIve us your feedback on the conference evaluation form/survey. I´ll get the url fixed. The URL that works is http://video.codegear.com/coderage/ConferenceEval.exe
Christine Ellis:
DaveK: “This was my first technical conference … attended sessions every day – all day … loved every minute of it. You´ve done a GREAT job. I am so looking forward to a face to face style conference with CodeGear!”
Thank you so much! I´m glad you had a good CodeRage experience. We´d love to do a “live” conference, too. We´ll have to wait and see if we can get a plan together.
davidi:
DaveK: “This was my first technical conference … attended sessions every day – all day … loved every minute of it. You´ve done a GREAT job. I am so looking forward to a face to face style conference with CodeGear!”
Thank you.
Anders Ohlsson:
Lance Rasmussen: “You all did a great job John, Anders, Nick and all… You all deserve a big bottle of bubbly and 28 hours of sleep.”
Send to:

🙂 🙂 🙂
Anders Ohlsson:
kmorwood: “jkaster: so…I heard someone say that D2007 has been released to manufacturing…how long until the ESD will be available in Canada…I´ve already paid my $$$ :)”
asap
Anders Ohlsson:
Xepol: “I picked up 2 seats yesterday at 399 for the dvd version and got the 25% of sa. Any way to change that so it is ESD?”
call and ask
John Kaster:
roynielsen2000: “Will Team Insight be included in the Delphi family in the future ?”
michael: it´s very possible. we´re using some of the team insight services internally already, but we also use a few that are different for the Delphi “family.” We would want to ship what the Delphi actually uses.
davidi:
DavidFarrellGarcia: “If this was answered I missed it, but will there be a Delphi 2008 for Win32 or will that path merge into the BDS product?”
we have not announced any other products besides Delphi 2007 for Win32 and Delphi for PHP. Stay tuned for additional product announcements in the coming years.
Anders Ohlsson:
david.navigator: “Thanks everyone for a wonderfull conference.”
Thanks!
davidi:
futpris: “Thanks to all the Sons and Daughters of God at Borland/CodeGear”
You´re welcome.
Anders Ohlsson:
Erasmus: “Hey Guys. Finally tempted me to upgarde from D7. Good luck !”
Sweet! Thanks!
Christine Ellis:
Scott: “Apparently the Promotional code wasn´t fixed on the UK store a few minutes ago”
We are aware of the Discount Code issues currently being experienced in the following countries: UK/Ireland, Nordic, France, Spain, Italy. You will receive an email within the next few hours with more information
Anders Ohlsson:
MonteCarver: “I get the impression that Interbase followed CodeGear, and did not stay with Borland. Is this correct ?”
Yes
davidi:
Robert D. Smith: “What about 2007 Courses? When are they going to be available???”
Stay tuned to our educational services page for any announcements of training courses and materials. The link is http://video.codegear.com/coderage/ConferenceEval.exe
Anders Ohlsson:
Lance Rasmussen: “Anders… So to be sure. I´ve already ordered physical… If I want it NOW and get the materials, I should call to get that changed?”
To be sure you should call and ask, yes.
davidi:
drbob42: “It was great to be part of this – thanks very much; great job!!”
Thank you for helping us Bob. I hope to see you in Europe in April or May.
John Kaster:
pc: “Michael, there was no slide to discuss next BDS release (particularly Delphi for .net release). What are plans for this?”
michael: .NET 2.0/3.0, ECO IV, DBX4, and a few other innovations
Anders Ohlsson:
Tolga: “Will the Delphi for PHP download be available soon, too (today? :))”
when it´s shipping
Christine Ellis:
david.navigator: “Christine, am I correct in thinking that those people who couldn´t order today because their discount code wasn´t being accepted, will be able to order next week or do we have to wait for an email and order today (it´s getting late in Europe)”
You should watch for my email. It will contain time sensitive information.
John Kaster: adding on to Michael´s reply: and generics
davidi:
ralphmcgr: “Only one thing would make me happier at this point… If you could talk Charlie Calvert into coming back on board!”
Me too. Charlie is my “twin brother separated at birth”. We stay in touch as much as we can. We´ll see what might happen someday – there is a lot of time for all of us.
Anders Ohlsson:
futpris: “At the Pre-Order form, there is an entry to supply a “promotional code”. Is there any special “promotional code” I must enter to get 25% OFF on the Delphi For PHP product?”
check your email for the discount code
Anders Ohlsson:
abc123: “HOW can you download the ESD version at one computer [work – fast Inet], but install it on a different computer [home – slow Inet]?”
By doing exactly what you said… Download on one. Transfer to the other. Install.
Christine Ellis:
Niels Damgaard: “I have Delphi 6 Professional. Can I purchase the Upgrade version of Delphi 2007 for Win32? And can I upgrade to Enterprise or only Professional?”
You can upgrade to the Enterprise version of Turbo 2007 for Win32 as well.
davidi:
Robert D. Smith: “I see there are some BDS2006 web based instruction available. Are they going to be updated for 2007? Also, I see they are physical shipments – Are they “live” or learn on your own and go back when you want…???”
Stay tuned to our educational services web page for updates – http://www.codegear.com/SupportServices/Education/tabid/133/Default.aspx
John Kaster:
abc123: “HOW can you download the ESD version at one computer [work – fast Inet], but install it on a different computer [home – slow Inet]?”
michael: you can take the cached packages from the web download and install them on the slow net access machine. Nick is planning a blog entry to explain how to do this. You could also create a DVD if you want.
Anders Ohlsson:
Jim Michels: “Parting note: I was listening to CodeRage on Monday but it was such a disaster that I went back to work and did not listen in again until the closing remarks. This is a good idea folks, but anyone with things to do can’t spare the time for dysfunctional events. Hopefully it will go better next time.”
It was only dysfunctional for about two hours on Monday.
Anders Ohlsson:
Madruga: “Yes, very addictive this CodeRage! Even with a few minor glitches, it was GREAT and definitely something to keep doing! I learned a lot here this week: kind of felt to have gone back to school! :)”
Thanks!
John Kaster:
Esteban Pacheco: “Do we plan for Unicode? a little hint?”
michael: more Unicode in every release that we put out now.
davidi:
Fletch: “This should happen more often. It has been a great experience. Thank you very much!”
Please make sure you fill out a conference evaluation form to give us all your feedback about this event this week. This was our first one of these. We´ll continue to do everything we can to help you be successful (and buying our products). http://video.codegear.com/coderage/ConferenceEval.exe
Anders Ohlsson:
dplock: “If you order the ESD but not the media kit, can the media kit be ordered at a later date?”
Call customer service, and/or the reseller
John Kaster:
futpris: “It would be “nice” for Borland/Codegear to put out a “Delphi” family of products for Mac PC. This could even make a “Delphi” Programmer (i.e. one who uses any of the “Delphi family of products”) instantly more valuable/marketable. (I believe)”
michael: we are going to re-evaluate the Delphi for Linux technology, and as part of that, the viability of MacOS.
davidi:
MonteCarver: “When can we expect a source control integrated into the Delphi product ?. And what source control is being considered ?”
Send suggestions and requests to Quality Central and you can also email Nick Hodges, Delphi Product Manager, directly at nick.hodges@codegear.com
John Kaster:
Tolga: “what do I need to do when installing an upgarde of delphi 2007 w32? Des the installer ask for an old/qualifying license code? Or do I actuall have to have the old program installed to run the upgrde DVD?”
michael: It´s an upgrade install, so you need to be licensed for a previous version.
John Kaster:
kmorwood: “jkaster: my vote for the MacOS version…I have a project in its second/third year…and a new client who is asking for a Mac implementation…I don´t want to bail on Delphi…but that is currently my only choice.”
noted. The Mac appears to be very addictive 😉
davidi:
Pablo5300: “Michael: Compact framework support in next .NET version?”
We have not made any specific product feature or product general announcements beyond Delphi 2007 for Win32 and Delphi for PHP. Stay tuned to codegear.com and the CodeGear Developer Network. For now you can use Delphi for .NET and Jeremy North´s Delphi Compact Framework Build Helper. Check it out at http://www.jed-software.com/cf.htm
Christine Ellis:
Niels Damgaard: “The promotional code won´t work on the USA web site.”
The US shop site is working fine. Please send me private email and I´ll try to assist you.
* Christine Ellis inserts the following link:

Anders Ohlsson: Erasmus: “Where´s Nick ???”
Working!
davidi:
Murilo C.M.F.: “When David I will show up in Brazil again???? hehehe Give a big hughs to him and all CodeGear people! Gracias…”
Andreano Lanusse is in Brazil right now. He and Tertius (my Brazilian brother separated at birth) are on a tour of many cities in Brazil. I will be back in Brazil sometime in the fall for another developer conference (no dates set yet). Thanks.
davidi:
unixguru65: “Will there be a replay / downloadable version of the opening and closing keynotes?”
Opening keynote – due to the technical difficulties it got clobbered (a technical term). The closing keynote will appear as soon as we can get it rendered and uploaded. The closing basically had 95% of what we tried to do in the opening, so there is no need for both.
davidi:
svanas: “All this stuff is really great, but as long as BDS doesn´t “do” CF (compact framework), I´m afraid I´m forced to keep M$ Visual Studio around. Believe it or not, but Windows Mobile is really important in Europe (at least among my customers).”
Gotcha and we hear it too in some parts of the world and some developers. Still the biggest demand in the Delphi world was for Win32 and Vista – so we did that work first in developing and released Delphi 2007 for Win32. The team can now move on to focus on other things that our customers are clammoring for. thanks.
John Kaster:
AndrejVidmar: “Is there any special reason thar you are not releasing sources for midas.dll? Great show, by the way. Love the way you are trying to ease web development (DelphiPHP, Intraweb).”
We hope to eventually replace the code/functionality for Midas.dll with Delphi code. Midas.dll is a mix of c/c++ code right now
Anders Ohlsson:
abc123: “I believe the big advantage to these Coderage sessions is being able to download and watch them anytime – just like the movies! (DrBob and popcorn, CJensen and soda). You really need to publicize this benefit!”
I think we already did… 🙂
davidi:
kmorwood: “I don´t know how they came up with the amount…in CDN$…was C$430 and then I entered the promo code…came out to $379.12 …which is great…but doesn´t seem to be 25% ??”
we´ll pass that along to our sales and shop folks. C$ and US$ perhaps? I´m just not sure and I am not the pricing person.
Anders Ohlsson:
kmorwood: “I don´t know how they came up with the amount…in CDN$…was C$430 and then I entered the promo code…came out to $379.12 …which is great…but doesn´t seem to be 25% ??”
Are you sure that doesn´t include S&H, taxes, etc?
Anders Ohlsson:
Madruga: “If I don´t use the “backup” option, will I be able to make an ESD purchase from another online store? Will it be delivered immediatly?”
all and ask if unsure
Anders Ohlsson:
Xepol: “After calling Digital River to get my DVD version changed to ESD, they claim the DVD version is downloadable and I should get a download code when its ready for download, so here´s hoping. Of course, I am still fighting to get Turbo Delphi Pro shipped from last December, so I´m taking that with a grain of salt and a lot of hope.”
Thanks for hanging in there
Anders Ohlsson:
MedEvolve: “Anders, it was a great conference. But in honesty, it was dysfunctional much more than 2 hours on Monday. It was even dysfunctional this morning with the GNostice demo. I know it was live, and it was a first, but this whole thing was a first. I definitely hope difficult lessons learned will improve future conferences. BTW, I´m not looking for a response. No need for sharing my criticism with the world. Just my two cents…”
I´m talking about what was dysfunctional that you could blame on us.
John Kaster:
AndrejVidmar: “How many employees are there in the CodeGear?”
around 200
Anders Ohlsson:
kmorwood: “anders: I tried with the taxes boiled out…and not…the numbers were wonky. Just thought I´d ask.”
not sure. call and ask who you´re ordering from.
Anders Ohlsson:
Erasmus: “Sincerely hope it was as good for you as us …”
It was AWESOME! Thanks!
Anders Ohlsson:
kmorwood: “ok…I can do that…Borland Canada is a local call here.”
thanks
davidi:
Xepol: “After calling Digital River to get my DVD version changed to ESD, they claim the DVD version is downloadable and I should get a download code when its ready for download, so here´s hoping. There are two ways that Delphi 2007 for Win32 product is deliverable (two ways to order): 1) physical product (that should be clear to everyone), 2) ESD – electronic software delivery where you are given a key and download URL where to download a small install stub that you then run and it pulls down all the other bits that you need for the edition (professional or enterprise) that you ordered.
davidi:
pacwin: “There appear to be issues with the Borland/Digital River store for New Zealand accepting the promo code for Code Rage. Is this one Christine Ellis is sorting?. We have already ordered the PHP product before code rage but we are now tempted to upgrade our Delphi tools which we haven´t done for a while but time appears to be running out. The other reseller in New Zealand developers-inc.co.nz has not responded to our enquiries either from earlier in the week. Advice?”
we know about some issues in some country electronic shops. we will contact those customers in those countries by email with information.
